Financial Accountant-Own Visa

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to IFRS standards and local regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to support strategic financial decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure proper accruals, provisions, and adjustments are recorded accurately.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitor AP and AR processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments/collections.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Review invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in VAT return preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA / CPA / CA (Part-qualified or qualified preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
