Key Responsibilities:Accounting Entries:- Input and maintain accurate records of financial transactions into accounting software.
- Ensure timely and precise entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial data.
- Verify the accuracy of data input and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Help identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in financial performance.
Communication and Collaboration:- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather relevant information and facilitate cross-functional projects.
- Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties regarding financial matters.
Education and Experience:- Accounting qualification such as ACCA/CA or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience at an Audit Firm
- Preference will be given to people who have experience of working with the Big 4.
Skills:- Proficiency in accounting and familiarity with accounting software.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Hands on experience on QuickBooks Online is a plus.
