ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Financial Planner, you'll work directly with clients to assess their financial needs, recommend appropriate products and strategies, and help them build long-term financial security.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial needs assessments with prospective clients
• Developing customized financial strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance
• Presenting insurance products, investment solutions, and retirement planning options
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Attending industry training and professional development to stay current on products and regulations
• Utilizing CRM systems to manage client data, appointments, and follow-ups
• Participating in weekly team meetings and training sessions

WHAT WE OFFER

• We cover the cost for all required licenses, if necessary. We welcome applicants who are not yet licensed.
• First year compensation ranges from $68,000 - $112,000.
