We are currently seeking a Consulting Financial Analyst (Entry Level) to join our fast-paced, high-energy Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
2. Performing complex financial analysis, interpreting data, and providing recommendations based on your findings.
3. Utilizing Excel pivot tables and Vlookups to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
4. Collaborating with various teams across the organization to gather information and resolve any financial discrepancies.
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to achieve efficiency and productivity.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, market behavior, and financial regulations to inform financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Financial Analyst position will have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
2. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
3. Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and Vlookups.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
6. The ability to manage large data sets and derive meaningful insights from them.
7. A proactive attitude, with an eagerness to learn and develop your analytical skills.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
