Role Overview

We’re seeking a Financial Advisor to support budgeting, financial strategy, and long-term sustainability. You’ll work directly with leadership to help us make smart, mission-aligned financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and financial forecasts
• Advise on cash flow and financial strategy
• Ensure nonprofit compliance and reporting
• Support grant budgeting and funding allocation
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial advising
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial planning
• Ability to simplify and communicate financial data

Compensation

Flexible (contract, stipend, or deferred compensation with growth potential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
