Accountant Advisory Manager

What You'll Do

Client Financial Management

• Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements across a client portfolio
• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve historical bookkeeping issues
• Produce monthly financial reports that are meaningful, not just accurate
• Flag unusual trends, risks, or inconsistencies proactively

Advisory Support

• Prepare materials for client financial review meetings
• Communicate clearly with clients via phone, email, and text
• Grow into leading monthly financial reviews independently

Team Leadership

• Supervise a junior bookkeeper — assign, review, and set standards

Systems & SOPs

• Build and document repeatable workflows and internal SOPs
• Support new client onboarding and financial system setup
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the team

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Ability to explain financial statements to non-accountants
• Organized, proactive, dependable — and growth-minded
• Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence

Preferred

• Construction, trades, or service-based industry experience
• Prior client-facing or team oversight experience
• Bilingual - English/Spanish

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
