Job Overview
We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a career in financial services. As a Financial Advisor, you will work with individuals and families to help them better understand their financial options and create strategies aligned with their goals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and wants to make an impact by helping clients improve their financial future. No prior financial services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and priorities
• Help clients develop personalized financial strategies based on their current situation and long-term objectives
• Educate clients on financial concepts such as savings, retirement planning, insurance, wealth building, and asset protection
• Research and review financial products and solutions that may fit a client’s needs
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide updates as their goals and circumstances change
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, consistency, and professional service
• Stay current on financial industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Professional attitude with a desire to help individuals and families
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable explaining concepts and building relationships with clients
• Basic understanding of financial concepts is helpful, but not required
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, finance, business, or leadership is a plus, but not required
