Financial Advisor Sales

The Financial Advisor at Askari Insurance Company Limited is responsible for promoting and selling insurance and financial products, while providing clients with tailored financial protection and investment solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products (life, general, health, and savings plans)
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and terms clearly
• Develop long-term relationships to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist clients with policy issuance, claims guidance, and after-sales service
• Stay updated on company products and market trends in Pakistan’s insurance sector

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Finance, or Commerce)
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage
• Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
