We are currently looking for Manager / Senior Manager with the following skills and experience;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is considered an asset,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, transaction support (especially financial due diligence),
• Big 4 or Transaction Services is an asset,
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral,
• Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs,
• Supports client throughout the infrastructure lifecycle using economic, commercial, financial, and problem solving skills
• Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
• Team management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking an active role in the identification of leads and the preparation of proposals for prospective clients.
• Managing the implementation of engagement teams and ensure that services of the highest quality are provided within the scope and timeframe of the engagement.
• Ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to clients.
• Contributing to the development of strategy and business plans for the FA function in Turkey.
• Determining the workplan, staffing and broad allocation of work areas for each specific engagement.
• Acts as a financial advisor across a broad spectrum of transactions through sophisticated analyses of financial information
• Challenges self and others to make an impact that matters for our clients, our colleagues and our communities
• Supports team members’ development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing
• Provides timely feedback to team members to drive high performance
