We are now seeking a highly qualified Financial Affairs Manager to join the financial management team of our foreign-partnered group company, Kampüs Kentsel , which operates in the retail and real estate development sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance , or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong and current knowledge of financial affairs, accounting principles, and relevant regulations
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Advanced skills in reporting, negotiation, communication, and presentation
• Fluency in English , both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve all financial and accounting operations of the company
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, tax, and cash flow processes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Provide comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
• Supervise financial operations related to retail and commercial real estate activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive performance and efficiency
