Business Banking is in a period of exciting growth with new roles, new markets, and new challenges that need sharp financial minds like you to help make sense of them. Join our team for an opportunity to be a part of a high-energy finance team where your work directly informs how leadership invests in people, manages costs, and drives the business forward. If you're early in your career and hungry to build something, not just support it, this is the right seat.
As an Associate in the National Sales Expense Management team, you will support expense planning, forecasting, and reporting for Business Banking National Sales — a business that is actively expanding its footprint and adding new banker roles across the country. You will partner with senior finance team members to track controllable expenses, prepare recurring reporting, analyze variances, and ensure data accuracy across forecasts and management materials. In this role, you will gain a strong foundation in FP&A concepts while contributing to disciplined expense management and clear financial insights that support business decision-making. You won't just be maintaining models — you'll be helping build them. Additionally, you will play a meaningful role in building the end‑to‑end forecasting infrastructure for a new incentive compensation plan, including expense forecasting, actuals tracking, and variance analysis, for a newly created branch‑based banker role.
