All Coastal Health District County Health Department employees are deemed essential employees in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event not limited to but including, staffing a shelter, a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or Point of Dispensing site (POD). When you are called on to participate, you are expected and it will be a part of your job requirement to participate, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours.
Under general supervision, the Financial Analyst performs professional-level finance, accounting, and fiscal control functions. Duties include financial planning, documentation, analysis, reporting, and system development. The position may coordinate the design or implementation of financial/accounting/budget-related systems and reports.
Financial Analyst 1-Associate degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of job-related experience in accounting, billing, collection systems, or claims; or one (1) year of professional job-related experience in general accounting, billing, and collection systems and/or claims.
Starting salary-$38,220.24
Financial Analyst 2-Associate degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional job related experience in accounting, billing, and collection systems or claims; or two (2) years of professional job related experience in general accounting, billing, and collection systems and/or claims; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Financial Analyst 1 (FIP060) or position equivalent.
Starting salary-$45,301.68
