Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic insights to aid in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of financial and operational reports, including inputs for dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting activities.
• Identify trends and recommend strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Verify pricing structures and financial proposals in coordination with the Sales team, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
• Review and validate customer quotations and commercial terms.
• Conduct financial analysis to support pricing strategies and margin optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline proposal and approval workflows.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key finance and sales support processes.
• Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
• Work cross-functionally to gather financial data and support strategic planning.
• Assist with investment analysis and capital budgeting initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reporting systems.
• Stay current on financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA, or MBA) are preferred but not required.
