Job Overview:

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to provide financial modeling, analysis and reporting support across client

engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that help clients make informed strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess client performance, evaluate new business opportunities and support strategic recommendations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist clients in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial projections while monitoring variances and providing recommendations.
• Data Collection & Validation: Gather, clean, and validate financial and operational data from clients and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis.
• Market & Industry Research: Conduct financial benchmarking, market research, and competitor analysis to support client strategies and project deliverables.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Valuation Support: Assist in business valuation exercises, investment appraisals, and feasibility studies for client projects and internal initiatives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and business development teams to ensure financial insights are integrated into broader project deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial modeling techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial statements and valuation methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or financial software is an advantage.
