Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and cost management, along with hands-on experience in financial reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights for decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to management.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets.

Assist in cost management, profitability analysis, and expense control.

Prepare cash flow projections and investment analyses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Provide support for audits and external financial reviews.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Preferred:

CMA certification.

Experience in [industry or sector, e.g., manufacturing, construction, or services].
