Job Description:

Luminii is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance department. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and helping to create reporting to analyze current results and future business opportunities. Key Areas of Responsibility

• Analyze monthly financial performance compared to plan, forecast, and the prior year
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
• Perform month-end close activities, including but not limited to accruals, financial reporting, business review prep, and comparison to plan.
• Prepare reconciliation and journal entries for various areas of the financial statements
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Develop partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teams
• Make recommendations to improve reporting and analysis
• Track and analyze key performance measures
• Ensure the integrity of the information prepared and distributed by the team
• Assistance with managing working capital processes, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 1-4 years of accounting/finance experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated critical attention to detail
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications with solid experience in Excel

• CPA, CFA, or Progress towards those designations
• Exposure to NetSuite
• Exposure to Salesforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,500.00 per year
