Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Financial Analyst whose work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company. Responsibilities:

Participates in the timely, accurate, and efficient administration of the appropriate financial system to ensure accurate financial statements, appropriate internal controls, compliance with company policies and delivery of value added information

Completes system documentation including standardized work instructions and operating procedures are up to date and available for all users

Ensures appropriate security access of end users to the applications supported consistent with company policies

Perform periodic validation of system security to ensure compliance to policy

Ensures that there is appropriate training to business users of the systems supported and administrated

Provides advanced training as "lead expert/super users" to "power users"

Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial "lead expert/super users" to "power users"

Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial reporting of pertinent information to allow analysis of progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast, and to ensure integrity of the financial statements
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business, Finance or Accounting or combination of relevant education, experience and training

3-5 years of proven financial planning and analysis

Must be advanced in financial modeling skills using Excel

Experience with financial systems (Anaplan, Voyager) preferable but not required

Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products, management consulting, or other multi-national firm is preferred

Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning/management activities is preferred

Self-starter that anticipates problems, identifies opportunities and provides creative solutions through operational improvements around process and execution

Enthusiastic about working in a multifaceted business along with the passion and energy to drive results

Team player with a positive attitude, open to learning other areas of the business and sharing team responsibilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
