Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders on financial performance and financial health.
• Stay updated on financial legislation and compliance standards affecting the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
