Job Title
Financial Analyst
A key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting CoorsTek financial information. In this role you will engage with multiple levels of the organization and supports decision making through in-depth financial analysis, including modeling projects, ad-hoc requests, review of trends and annual planning process support.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare financial reports and presentations in an accurate and timely manner, providing clear and concise analysis and variance drivers for: Monthly and quarterly management reporting packages; Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards and General & Administrative (G&A) analysis.

Work with multiple levels of the organization to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.

Key contributor to the annual planning process, meeting with leaders across the company, helping to develop templates, create tools and train users.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to surface data and deliver insight into trends, opportunities and risks.

Work on various financial models for planning and valuation of projects, including capital spending, incremental margin analysis, cost analysis and acquisitions/divestitures.

Assist in performing accounting and financial due diligence for acquisitions.

Comfortable working with large amounts of data, with the ability to use database tools, excel and various other systems to create reports, summarize data and provide insight into past, present and forecast trends.

Support key strategic workstreams from a finance perspective by conducting competitor benchmarking, market research, and analysis of emerging industry trends across our semiconductor, medical, aerospace / defense, and industrials sectors.

Assist in the development of compelling presentation materials that synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Assist in translating financial research findings into clear, executive-ready insights to inform decision-making across teams.

Provide ad hoc analysis to multiple customers across the organization.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent education and work experience.

1 - 2 years Financial Analyst experience preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred experience leveraging AI tools or automation technologies to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency.

Manufacturing experience a plus.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 80,532.00 - USD 106,303.00
