ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this role will focus heavily ondata management, analysis, and reporting with a specific emphasis onoperational efficiency withinPittsburgh Mercy. It blendsauditing,process improvement, andstrategic data-driven decision-making. Essential Functions are as follows:
Research& Analysis:- Gathering data to support initiatives.
- Analyzing data trends and synthesizing information into actionable insights.
- Creating reports and visual representations (like graphs) to assist leadership in decision-making.
Collaboration& Leadership:- Leading process improvement projects, using data to identify opportunities for efficiency or performance enhancement.
- Collaborating with various teams to implement changes and drive outcomes in patient care or business operations.
Operational& Systemic Knowledge:- Using multiple systems to manage and analyze data.
- Having a solid understanding of internal policies, practices, and procedures to ensure everything aligns with quality and safety standards.
Compliance& Ethical Standards:- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines (federal, state, local) and maintaining ethical standards, particularly in healthcare-related activities.
