• 1-3 years of experience in industry/private industry finance
• Solid experience with financial systems
• Act 33/34/73 clearances

ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this role will focus heavily ondata management, analysis, and reporting with a specific emphasis onoperational efficiency withinPittsburgh Mercy. It blendsauditing,process improvement, andstrategic data-driven decision-making. Essential Functions are as follows:

Research& Analysis:

• Gathering data to support initiatives.
• Analyzing data trends and synthesizing information into actionable insights.
• Creating reports and visual representations (like graphs) to assist leadership in decision-making.

Collaboration& Leadership:

• Leading process improvement projects, using data to identify opportunities for efficiency or performance enhancement.
• Collaborating with various teams to implement changes and drive outcomes in patient care or business operations.

Operational& Systemic Knowledge:

• Using multiple systems to manage and analyze data.
• Having a solid understanding of internal policies, practices, and procedures to ensure everything aligns with quality and safety standards.

Compliance& Ethical Standards:

• Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines (federal, state, local) and maintaining ethical standards, particularly in healthcare-related activities.
