We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst with 4–6 years of expertise in Accounting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to independently manage month-end financial activities, and deliver accurate insights to support financial planning. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice booking and payment processing.

Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Conduct AP aging analysis and ensure timely vendor payments.

Prepare annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.

Support business leaders with financial insights, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.

Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Compile and maintain monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Execute accurate month-end closing activities including accruals, provisions, and vendor-related entries.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.

Support external and internal audits with required documentation.

Conduct cost analysis and expense reviews to support financial planning.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial efficiency and decision-making.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.

Hands-on experience (4–6 years) with Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and AP.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Tally or Business Central.

Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Undergraduate degree in Commerce (B.Com required; M.Com preferred).

4–6 years of experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Reporting.
