🔍 We’re hiring: Finance Analyst

We're looking for a Finance Analyst with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.

This role supports end-to-end finance operations—from annual planning and budgeting to cost efficiency analysis , working capital management , and strategic pricing . You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance, optimize margins, and mitigate financial risks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in building AOPs , quarterly forecasts, and operating budgets

✔ Conduct margin analysis , OPEX reporting , and yield calculations

✔ Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and pricing strategies

✔ Monitor working capital , inventory flows, and cash positions

✔ Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making

✔ Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies

✔ Report monthly performance with accurate and timely insights

💡 Ideal Candidate

✅ Mandatory ACCA certification

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (

✅ Strong experience with financial modeling , Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)

✅ 1–3 years in FP&A, cost control, or business finance—preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments

✅ Solid understanding of standard costing, working capital, and profitability analysis

✅ Highly analytical , solution-oriented , and able to communicate insights effectively
