Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key financial ratios, gross margins, and profitability for each

SKU and store

• Track store-wise and SKU-wise performance to identify trends, variances, and

improvement areas

• Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss statements on a regular basis
• Maintain and publish accurate monthly MIS reports for management review
• Analyze deviations between actuals vs budgets/targets and provide actionable

insights

• Support pricing, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of P&L, margins, and ratios
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); ERP/BI tools is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
