About the Role:

As a key contributor to the company’s financial performance, the Financial Analyst will support strategic decision-making through detailed financial evaluation, forecasting, and reporting. This role plays a vital part in driving sustainable growth by monitoring financial results, analyzing market and sales trends, and providing actionable insights that strengthen profitability and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial initiatives with company goals, assess budget needs, and support resource planning. Through regular analysis of sales activity, inventory management, and purchasing practices, you will help optimize business performance and ensure sound financial stewardship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement effective strategies for growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Conduct hands-on coaching and educational training for the sales team.
  • Visit all company locations regularly to ensure alignment with sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide success.
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and logistics to meet sales demand.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage sales contracts and credit applications efficiently and accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems

· Master’s Degree Finance, Information Systems

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software skills experience a plus.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV record; ability to travel as needed.
  • Honesty, integrity, flexibility, and availability required.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Adept at finding, collecting, interpreting and analyzing raw data

· Confidentiality in handling confidential, proprietary, financial and strategic information

· Ability to see revenue opportunities, expense reduction, future trends, effective modernization, etc.

· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others in a positive and professional manner.

  • Ability to stand, walk, maintain balance, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Location: Stockton, CA.

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
