Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. The role involves evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare periodic MIS reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Conduct variance and trend analysis
• Prepare financial models and business performance dashboards
• Assist in profitability, cost, and investment analysis
• Support management with data-driven insights and presentations
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial analysis and accounting fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
