Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst who can effectively translate business strategies and ideas into actionable financial models and reports. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by providing clear, data-driven financial insights that reflect the company’s goals and market dynamics.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: B.B.A / M.B.A (Finance) OR BS (Accounting & Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies and initiatives into comprehensive financial models and reports
• Perform forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis aligned with organizational goals
• Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and key business drivers to support leadership decisions
• Develop insightful financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business objectives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and assumptions used in models and reports
• Present financial insights that inform business strategy and operational planning

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, and forecasting techniques
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Experience (Preferred)
