Job Title: Financial Analyst - Procurement
Job Objective:
Analyze financial proposals and review budgets to ensure price accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency with quantities and technical specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze financial proposals and compare them with recognized reference prices.

Assess price reasonableness and identify offers that are excessively high or illogically low.

Build cost analysis models and evaluate the financial components of projects.

Study operational and capital expenditures for projects when needed.

Prepare financial analysis reports and provide recommendations to the technical committee.

Coordinate with the Structural Technical Specialist to align costs with quantities and specifications.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

3 to 7 years of experience in
financial analysis or bid evaluation.

Strong knowledge of
financial data analysis and cost modeling, with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Experience in preparing budgets, periodic reports, and financial analyses to support decision-making.

Good understanding of operational and capital expenditures for projects and linking them to Bills of Quantities and technical specifications.

Proficiency in financial analysis software and data management systems (such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools).
Additional advantage: holding professional certifications such as:

CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent.
