Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting

Create and analyze asset information to support decision-making.

Perform variance analysis, comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

Review financial material related to asset management and provide strategic recommendations.

Generate and oversee various budget and financial reports, producing ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management and leadership.

Produce monthly reports for senior management, including key performance metrics, financial results, and detailed variance reporting.
EAM System & Data Management

Support the EAM rollout by building, monitoring, and performing regular audits on the asset management database software to ensure data integrity.

Ensure accuracy of financial and asset data within the system.

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to financial data management.
Process Improvement & Tool Development

Identify and drive process improvements related to financial tracking and reporting.

Support the creation of standard and ad-hoc financial reports.
-
Assist in the development and implementation of financial tools, applications, and dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Planning & Administration
-
Aid in the budgeting and planning processes related to asset management.
-
Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned to support the ETAM team.
