Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops complex spreadsheets and financial models to project business performance.
• Examines historical and current financial data (income statements, balance sheets) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Researches economic trends and company performance to recommend investment strategies or portfolios.
• Compares actual results with forecasts to analyze budget variances and recommend cost-cutting improvements.
• Presents reports and insights to senior management to guide business strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of bank statements and financial statement structure.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, basic corporate finance, and concepts like tax and insurance is a plus.
• Good data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Basic reporting and research capabilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and handling data accurately.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
