SAP Pricing & Promotion Analyst

e are looking for a highly skilled Pricing & Promotion Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will analyze organizational processes, design systems, and deliver innovative solutions that align business needs with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert in SAP Retail, driving pricing and promotion strategies while ensuring seamless integration of business processes. This position requires independent performance, active collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset to address work-related challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Process Design:

• Assess the organization’s business model and its integration with technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate the current state and define future state processes and business solutions.

• Develop detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

• Actively participate in team discussions, contributing insights and solutions to work-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of pricing and promotion strategies.

Solution Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement SAP Retail solutions that align with pricing and promotion strategies and business objectives.

• Ensure seamless integration of technology and processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Research and Strategy Development:

• Conduct research and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategy development.

• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Subject Matter Expertise and Leadership:

• Become a subject matter expert in SAP Retail and pricing and promotion strategies, providing guidance and expertise to the team.

• Perform independently while driving key initiatives and delivering impactful results.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in SAP Retail and pricing and promotion strategy implementation.

• Proven ability to analyze business processes and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Retail, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping and documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Certifications:

• SAP Retail certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pricing and promotion strategy development and implementation.

• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in retail and pricing solutions.
