Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in retail banking channels to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of banking products and services across multiple channels including branches, mobile, internet, and ATM networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for retail banking channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to design and implement robust channel solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Support digital banking initiatives, including mobile, internet banking, ATMs, and branch services, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments, providing actionable recommendations for process improvement.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and workflow documentation to guide project development and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all channel operations.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Monitor and report on channel performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail banking, with exposure to channel operations.
• Understanding of banking products, digital channels, and payment systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms, core banking systems, and CRM tools is a plus.
