Financial Analyst

This is a true hybrid opportunity in Overland Park seeking an Accounting/Finance professional eager to join a growing organization on the move. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will offer exposure to senior leadership and plenty of advancement opportunities in the future.

The Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities across the organization. The role partners with leadership to provide financial insights, assist with budgeting and forecasting, prepare management reporting, analyze performance trends, and support key operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with a range of finance and analytical activities, including management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and evaluation of potential strategic transactions.
• Produce periodic financial reporting and analytical summaries, including dashboards and presentation materials, for key functional groups.
• Design and manage data-driven models leveraging financial and business metrics to inform forecasts and operational outlook.
• Assist with financial close and reporting processes by preparing entries, reconciling key accounts, and analyzing variances between forecasted and actual results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0 - 3 years' G/L experience
• Financial analysis and modeling experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
