About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical Investment Analyst / Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and investment decision-making across our real estate development portfolio.
The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, capable of preparing feasibility studies, project financial models, and investment analysis to support strategic development and acquisition decisions.

Lead feasibility studies for new real estate developments and potential acquisitions, including market research, site economics, and financial viability analysis.

Develop and maintain detailed financial models including project-level P&L, development cash flows, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.

Build robust Excel-based financial models with clear assumptions, documentation, and version control.

Prepare investment memorandums and executive presentations summarizing financial analysis, project risks, and recommendations for senior management.

Conduct real estate valuation analysis including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable transactions, and cap rate analysis.

Coordinate with development, leasing, construction, legal, and finance teams to gather inputs for project underwriting.

Analyze project performance against budgets and forecasts, producing variance analysis and cash flow monitoring reports.

Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, joint ventures, and project financing initiatives.

Maintain and enhance financial model templates, assumptions libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across projects.

Assist the finance leadership team with strategic investment analysis and portfolio performance reporting.
Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, investment analysis, development finance, or real estate consulting.

Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and financial forecasting.

Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial insights and investment recommendations.

Solid understanding of real estate development economics, including project feasibility, leasing assumptions, operating costs, and construction budgets.

Experience performing financial modelling including P&L analysis, cash flow forecasting, IRR/NPV calculations, and sensitivity analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
