Financial Analyst

Are you a detail-driven finance professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting financial operations at our nonwoven manufacturing facilities.
- Support daily accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage and analyze inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Lead cost accounting efforts—production, materials, and labor analysis
- Reconcile production and inventory variances
- Assist with cycle counts and sales tax accounting
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management
- Work with Excel and ERP systems to analyze financial data
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- ERP experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a plant environment
