Job Summary:
This role supports the Revenue & Analysis team for the Oceania Cruises brand. Specifically, this individual will support with with pricing, promotional analysis, and yield management across the Oceania portfolio
Position Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis of Ticket Revenue, gathering from various sources to optimize annual revenue goals.

Analyze trends in booking activity for revenue maximization purposes.

Translate findings into pricing actions as it relates to inventory control and tactical promotions with a combination of management directives, data analytics, and market knowledge.

Perform analytical activities such as input analysis, competitive analysis, and sailing trend performance. Make recommendations on action needed. Assist with pricing changes & new season launches as directed.

Track performance of promotions, sales and tactical offers and formulate the results into summaries for presentation to leadership.

Compile daily/weekly issues/exceptions reports based on reviews of reservations/bookings for quality assurance purposes in accordance with company products, policies and procedures. Identify and clearly and accurately document issues/exceptions noted during the reservations/bookings.

Review with leadership to identify and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain and continuously evolve pricing files and models to work in a faster and flawless fashion. Create & maintain internal databases and testing files to ensure quality assurance.

Track & make recommendations on promotions and initiatives based on results. Analyze costs and identify areas of concern.

Analyze revenue generation and identify areas of opportunity by monitoring changes across all distribution channels, analyze key metrics, and provide reporting on analyses.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis.

Knowledge & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience
Experience:
2 – 3 years’ experience with financial or business planning. Cruise line or hospitality industry experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:

Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel spreadsheet analysis.
