We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work with data to generate meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions
- Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Build and maintain basic to intermediate financial models for planning and analysis
- Track key financial metrics and highlight performance gaps or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data
- Assist with cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reports
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas; advanced functions are a plus)
- Working-level experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly
Pay: $75,654.74 - $96,293.88 per year
