Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work with data to generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions
• Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Build and maintain basic to intermediate financial models for planning and analysis
• Track key financial metrics and highlight performance gaps or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data
• Assist with cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reports
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas; advanced functions are a plus)
• Working-level experience with financial modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly

Pay: $75,654.74 - $96,293.88 per year
