Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Lakeville, MN. As part of our Fireplace Business Unit, you will support profitable growth initiatives by delivering financial analysis, developing financial tools, and contributing to strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly profit and loss (P&L) reviews for the assigned business unit
- Support preparation of Expenditure Authorizations (EAs) for business unit initiatives, including evaluation of internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and profitability
- Assist with quarterly and annual budgeting processes
- Prepare financial models to evaluate business opportunities
- Manage, organize, and update internal sales process data and third‑party market data used to support business unit performance and decisions
- Create dashboards and reporting using internal financial data and third‑party market data to support growth initiatives
- Assist in evaluating the financial effectiveness of programs and promotions
- Review monthly general ledger activity and submit journal entries
- Perform monthly close tasks and support the annual sales compensation process as needed
- Utilize business applications such as Power BI, Cognos, OneStream, and Salesforce
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing data and analysis
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0–2 years of financial experience, including knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis; internship experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and the ability to interact with leaders and team members across functional areas
