Financial Analyst (Construction/ Real Estate Industry Experience)

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring a Financial Analyst in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is looking for a financial analyst with a strong background in construction and real estate. Responsibilities to include:

• Create and review performance reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as prepare actual-to-budget analyses
• Analyze investment opportunities and markets as well as formulate strategy options
• Review of due diligence reports
• Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting
• Variance analysis, cash flow modeling, NPV / IRR

You are a great fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or higher
• Experience with Homebuilding, residential construction, real estate development
• Experience with Land acquisition, lot development, project costing, WIP (work in progress)
• Advanced Excel Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Project-level financial analysis
• Exposure to construction budgets or land deals
