Job Purpose
The Financial Analyst will support project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis. The role focuses on project-based accounting within EPC, construction, or oil & gas environments.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage
project budgets and forecasts

Perform
cost analysis
and monitor project margins

Conduct
variance analysis
and provide actionable insights

Track
project profitability
and financial performance

Monitor
cash flow
, billing cycles, and milestone-based revenue

Support
revenue recognition
and
work-in-progress (WIP) tracking

Analyze contract structures including
Lump Sum, Cost Plus, and EPC contracts

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects and operations
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance or Accounting
-
ACCA / Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification required

5–10+ years
of relevant experience in finance or FP&A

Experience in
EPC, construction, or oil & gas industries
preferred
