Shared Apartment Services is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team in Englewood, NJ.

Job Summary

Duties

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and interpret financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Support corporate accounting functions by ensuring compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in cost accounting initiatives to optimize pricing strategies and improve overall profitability.
• Participate in financial software management and utilize advanced tools for data analysis, report writing, and account analysis.
• Collaborate with teams on investment evaluations, pricing models, and financial planning to support business growth objectives.
• Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy in all financial report writing and analysis tasks.

Skills

• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, and technical accounting principles for accurate financial statement preparation.
• Experience with financial software systems used for accounting, reporting, and analysis purposes.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including SOX compliance and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and interpret financial reports effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Strong communication skills for clear presentation of financial report writing and insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining high attention to detail. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
