Financial Analyst

FINANCIAL ANALYST - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an on-site position (must be local to St. Louis) . This role partners closely with operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow results
• Support global forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
• Drive cost savings, efficiency, and profitability initiatives
• Build customer and product profitability models

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BBA in Finance or related field
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with superior communication skills
