Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, pricing, and new opportunities
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
• Track key performance metrics and translate them into actionable business insights
• Assist with month-end close and ongoing financial reporting activities
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into clear insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a data-heavy or operationally driven environment
• Exposure to industries such as transportation, logistics, or similar
