We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our team in our Mount Dora, FL office.

Position Overview:

Location: Mount Dora, FL

Status: Full-time

Travel: 5-8%

Compensation: $22–$33 per hour. Final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Environment: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with the expectation of additional hours during peak periods such as budgeting, audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends
• Assist in conducting financial, insurance, transactional, and data audits, including reviewing documentation, validating data accuracy, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Track and report job-level profitability across multiple active projects and regions
• Expense report processing, routing and management
• Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AR and AP management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks Online, Sage Intacct)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
