Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting investment and operational strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models for investment and operational planning.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budgeting and planning.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in financial services or investment industries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR31,000.00 per month
