Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and internal reporting packages
- Support variance analysis and identify trends in revenue and expenses
- Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
Accounting Support
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with reconciliation of accounts and financial records
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support preparation of cash flow projections
- Help monitor financial performance against budget targets
Operational and Cross Functional Support
- Work with operations and leadership teams to support financial reporting needs
- Assist in gathering data for financial decision making
- Support process improvements within the finance function
Audit and Compliance
- Assist with preparation of documentation for audits
- Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies
- Support internal control procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or early career experience in accounting, finance, or consulting
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools or accounting systems
- Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, or other professional certifications
