Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Greater Minneapolis area looking for a Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of related experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is also an excellent communicator.

The salary is up to $100k.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, including variance and trend analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner cross-functionally to gather data, understand business drivers, and communicate insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses
• Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and presentations as needed

The Financial Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
• 3+ years of finance experience
• CPA preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
