Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with monitoring accounting and reporting relating to tolling activity, including preparation of annual budget and departmental budgets.
Assists with annual budget preparation, departmental budgets, quarterly KPI performance tracking and analysis, and managerial reporting.
Assists and conducts revenue and expense forecasting utilizing best practices for descriptive/inferential statistics, financial modeling, and Public budgeting.
Performs research and assists with agency planning, makes recommendations on procedures, and implementation of policies for fiscal management.
Assists with bonding and debt issues as they arise.

Position Type and Typical Hours Work:
This is a full time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday; Hours may vary based on the business needs of the department.
Work Environment:
There are no major sources of discomfort. A normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature controls and furnishings is provided.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
