We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will help drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes financial and cost data, estimates costs, and monitors changes through highly complex Excel worksheets.
- Determines standard costs and investigates variances.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, prepares month end journal entries and reconciliations for cost and inventory.
- Ensures that all relevant product costs have been captured and are checked.
- Develop and maintain regional management report and KPI
- Plays key role on the preparation of monthly and annual reporting.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies.
- Work proactively on being business partner to all functional areas.
- Assists with related special projects include ERP implementation (D365), as required.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent, required.
- Two or more years’ accounting related experience and/or training; experience in manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or public accounting experience highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems/ERP platforms (D365).
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
