Job Description:

Monitor and track actual performances with budgeted targets, identifying variances and recommending correcting action.

Assist finance management and business unit directors on cost and revenue initiatives through periodic and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Engage with head of departments for their respective operational plans and cost control.

Participate in the annual budget process, undertake budgetary controls, and track performances verses budget.

Support finance management in the preparation of monthly reporting packs (including review of the trial balance).

Assist in evaluating and implementing cost-savings initiatives and process improvements across the organization.

Work closely with management and various departments to provide accurate financial analysis and insights that drive business decisions.

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure up to date and accurate financial recording.
-
Coach accounting trainees to enhance day to day accounting activities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent).
Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA, CMA, else)
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience with-in Finance Function (mandatory 2 years as Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or Finance Business Partner).

Construction, Industrial Equipment's and Electronics Industry experience would be a plus.

Auditing experience
