Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Financial Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering accurate financial analysis to drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• Support management with financial planning, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
